About Conedthermostat Concrete and How Referrals Work

Get connected

What Conedthermostat Concrete Is

Conedthermostat Concrete is a referral service for new residential concrete projects. We connect homeowners in Jordan and the Jordan area with independent local providers who build driveways, stamped surfaces and patios.

We are not a contractor. We do not pour, finish or seal concrete. The provider you choose does all of that.

Why the Site Exists

Concrete is a seasonal job. Frost, heat, hail and spring runoff decide when a pour is smart. Many homeowners start searching without knowing that. This site puts the calendar first, so you ask better questions before you book.

Pour by the calendar. Then compare, then decide.

How Matching Works

You tell us what you want: a new driveway, a stamped finish or a patio. You share your town and a few project details. We then point you toward a provider in our network that serves your area.

You can talk to that provider directly. You can also request estimates and compare them side by side.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Give clear written quotes that list materials, thickness, base prep and finish.
  • Hold any license or registration their area requires.
  • Explain how local frost and drainage shape the plan.
  • Answer questions plainly and respect your decision.

We do not verify every claim a provider makes, so ask for details and confirm them yourself.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not perform concrete work.
  • We do not set prices. Your quote comes from the provider.
  • We do not handle concrete driveway repair or foundation repair experts. This service is for new concrete flatwork.
  • We do not decide for you. The final call is yours.

How the Service Is Funded

Providers in our network pay for referrals. Requesting an estimate through the site carries no obligation. Your contract, scope and payment terms are between you and the provider you hire.

Timing Your Project

In cold regions, many providers pour from late spring through early fall. Booking tends to fill as the weather warms. Planning a few weeks ahead gives you room to compare options. Ask each provider what temperature range they will pour in and how they protect fresh concrete from rain, hail and heat.
