How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Conedthermostat Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Conedthermostat Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Conedthermostat Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@conedthermostat.bond and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and the outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
